CONSCIOUSNESS TAKING OVER

Now that you have identified that your circumstance requires more focus, you have decided to separate yourself from it. You have decided to elevate your mind and rise above what you are dealing with. But you have not yet dealt with the core issue, you. You realize that working out isn't enough... You must also work out your mind in order to live a balanced life.

 

Over the next 12 days, spend time learning who you are. Go back to the beginning as far as you can. Think about what you excelled at as a child. What gave you the biggest grin. What made your heart light up? As you progressed through school, did it change? Did you find something else that consumed your thoughts? Did that stay with you or change? Go back to your passion. Find what you love again. Create.

Meditate for 11 minutes on this then write how you feel about what you experienced in your meditation in your journal. Remember to breathe and eat well. You are loved.

HOW TO IDENTIFY YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES?

Here are a few tips:

Spend a few moments thinking about how you actually arrived at the place you are now. Was the journey based on a decision you acted upon years ago or just recently? Write it down. Really spend time outside yourself for a little while as you give yourself an non-bias approach to your present circumstance. Don't worry about what to do next for now. Just focus on the identity of your location.
